Although every effort is made to make sure that our customers will be satisfied with their orders, sometimes this is not possible. We allow credit  for any unopened products that are returned to us, shipping paid, within 30 days of purchase. All product is inspected before shipping and insured with carrier so therefore any claims will be through the carrier.
